FOX Sports is reporting that Deion Sanders will join the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday.

It appears that Sanders has been working hard to get back into NFL shape. The goal of Sanders' workouts is to be "Neon" by week 2 of the regular season. His speed in the 40 is reported to be "in the 4.38 range."
