Streak Comes To End In Seattle

History was made in Seattle today. The San Francisco 49ers lost their third consecutive game, but also falling on this day was one of the longest running streaks in professional sports.

After 420 games, the 49ers failed to score in a game. The last time this happened was October 9, 1977 during a 7-0 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in San Francisco.

And now, some 27 years later, the streak is over as they dropped a 34-0 decision to the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Football Analysis: For those of you ready to pencil in Ken Dorsey as the 49ers QB for the rest of the year - it looks like Tim Rattay might get to keep the job after all.
