Jeff George signs with Bears

The Chicago Bears are expected to announce the signing of quarterback Jeff George on Monday. George, 36, has been out of the NFL since 2002, but has been working out and looking for a team to allow him the opportunity to come back. He was at Halas Hall for a physical on Saturday and ESPN.com is reporting he signed a one-year deal for the league minimum on Saturday night.

Injuries will continue to keep experienced QB's around the league for years to come - which is good news for people like Kurt Warner.
