The NFL (National Felons League) Strikes Again
Yet another NFL player has run afoul of the law. Newly claimed Arizona RB Larry Ned was arrested Friday at Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport on charges of stealing someones laptop. Ned was reportedly arrested while in possession of the computer in a men's room of Terminal 4 at the airport.
Note to Larry: Larry, you're an NFL player. That generally translates to a fairly high salary. You know what you can do with some of that money? You can go out and actually buy your own laptop. What a concept! One would think that someone who allegedly attended college and who appears to understand how a computer works would have figured that out.
Ned is the fifth player to be arrested since the SuperBowl. What a sad state of affairs, especially given the way today's youth look up to these guys. Credit the Cardinals organization with acting in the right manner by immeadiately releasing Ned and re-signing RB Damien Anderson.
Meanwhile, a flurry of player transactions continue. We will continue to post the links to the AFC and NFC Free Agent Signings.
