Fantasy Football Ranking: It all depends!

Fantasy Football Ranking:

The biggest problem, unless you are already a fantasy football expert, is to gather enough credible information to rank players to establish your draft-day plan. We have begun posting our fantasy football player rankings - just like everybody else offering advice - except that ours are different.

First, we have more than one set! Why? Because we calculate our player rankings based upon league-specific settings! (broken record, but it still works!) Fantasy football players only produce one set of statistics - but those statistics score differently in each fantasy football league scoring system.

For example, comparing running back rankings for Yahoo! and NFL default scoring systems, you find that Tiki Barber's player ranking is #8 for NFL, but #13 for Yahoo!

Many experts are ranking LaDainian Tomlinson as the #1 running back. That is good advice, if your league is NFL Fantasy Football. However, by the same token, we rank LT #3 for our Yahoo! members.

Here's another little tip that you can only get here... Let somebody else take Edgerrin James in the first round.
