Jeff Garcia Out with Broken Left Fibula

Fantasy Football Sleeper QB and insurance policy for quarterback Joey Harrington was lost on Friday when backup Jeff Garcia fractured his left fibula in the first quarter of the team's preseason finale against the Buffalo Bills.
